My take on my strengths:

I am blessed to have been able to study and understand my strengths over the past 6 years. Although they have changed over time, Command, Restorative, Ideation, and Individualization always seem to stick. I found it interesting to see I had strengths in all four domains. As someone who claims to be one of many, but master of none, this seems fitting. I see this as an asset when it comes to managing people, projects, events, and crisis scenarios. I believe I work best with a team who I can motivate and help execute my ideas, but truly enjoy time to plan on my own and dream up unique solutions. My strength of restoration has aided me to seek out roles, without looking at the time commitment, but rather what projects/ processes need to be evaluated and tweaked to better my role. Restoration combined with Ideation, means II find it easy to find creative solutions to problems, and then, use my influencing, executing relationship building qualities to resolve and leave behind instructions for those to come. The why and how are important to me, so with any role, I seek to explain this to others, and include this where possible, so others can understand how we came to our solution/conclusion.

Ultimately, I have had a hard time understanding my strengths and fearing that without having more in one domain. But with time and practice in using my strengths, and understanding how they work with others, I am happy to have a diverse list and use this to my advantage with leading a team.

What are your strengths and what insight can you provide for me and my continued journey to growing with this assessment?
